Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance
The SEAN BOUTILIER ACADEMY OF DANCE offers classes in Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop Lyrical, Tap, Acrobatic and Musical Theatre at two locations. In a very short period of time the dance studios gained the reputation of being one of the more recognized Cecchetti based dance schools in the country for teaching students of all ages and levels of ability, in the discipline of dance. We have been recommended by the Ministry for Cultural Affairs as one of the highest quality studios in dance instruction.
Etobicoke Jazz
The "Doc" competition
As a musician over the years, Curtis Smith has played numerous jazz festivals in and around Toronto and often wondered why we, the great jazz lovers of Etobicoke, did not have a festival of our own. With this inspiration, he became and remains committed to bringing the best jazz festival to the community, not only by presenting top-notch talent but also by giving the opportunity to younger musicians as well as their educators. They work tirelessly and deserve to perform and display all the talent that our neighbourhood develops.
This year they will be performing on the Community Stage where they will feature the second Annual Doc Awards, a competition for student groups with a prize in the name of famed Etobicoke pianist organist and arranger the late Doug Riley, who was affectionally referred to as “Doc”.
Innovative Rhythm Dance Studios
We are proud to offer a studio environment that provides quality training, a sense of community and a family friendly atmosphere. We offer classes in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Acro Dance and Silks/Cirque Conditioning. We've been providing dance education in Etobicoke for 21 years.
Since 2002, Gotta Dance Inc. has been providing quality dance education to children of all ages. Located in the west end of Toronto, we offer classes in a wide variety of styles with a faculty of highly trained and professional dance instructors.
Charb Arts Studios is a boutique, community-driven dance studio located in Toronto’s West End. We have been providing quality dance training in the High Park-Junction Triangle-Roncesvalles area for over 14 years. Our training is performance-driven for all levels. Both recreational and intensive dancers work towards our end-of-year recital where we tell a story as a studio.
Our CAS Performance Companies and Crews perform at various events and festivals multiple times throughout the year, representing our studio across the city and beyond. We encourage our students to have experiences outside of our studio to help broaden their world of dance. We have had students accepted to various professional and pre-professional institutions including Canada’s National Ballet School, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, École supérieure de ballet du Québec, Arts Umbrella, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
The Little Star team has well over 75 years combined performance experience, both off stage and on, as well as professional and community theatre backgrounds. But what sets us apart from other youth performing arts programs is our resident certified OCT Theatrical Arts Educator to oversee that the Little Star curriculum is in line with the Ontario Ministry of Education.

Our highly qualified faculty is committed to offering the finest training in dance education, at both the competitive and recreational levels.
